As a Showroom Host/Receptionist with Autozone UK LTD you will be a vital and essential part of the daily running of the business. You are the first point of contact for our customers and visitors alike meaning you will need to provide happy and professional smile when people enter the showroom, and throughout our customers’ journey. Autozone take pride in providing only the best 5* service for every customer - you will play a vital part in that. All members of staff work together to ensure the needs and requirements of our customers are met to an elite standard.
Previous experience in a similar role is essential due to the nature and fast paced environment we have here. Additional training regarding the company and the way Autozone operate will be provided for the successful candidate.
Your hours will be:

Responsibilities
  • Ensuring maximum customer satisfaction, both over the phone and face to face. We provide only the best 5* service.
  • Meeting and greeting customers, showing them to a seat and providing a relaxed environment alongside refreshments such as tea and coffee.
  • Liaising with all members of staff to transfer messages and calls accurately and thoroughly through the business.
  • Maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction in line with Company standards.
  • Providing support throughout the showroom and garage and undertaking tasks where a helping hand is needed.
  • Excellent telephone manner
  • Use of Microsoft systems such as Outlook, Excel
  • Maintaining the showroom throughout, ensuring maximum organization, keeping all aspects of the showroom tidy (bins, shredder) and maintained to create a professional environment for staff and customers alike.
  • Placing out wet floor signs, mopping, tidying the showroom as and when required
  • Additional administration duties to assist other departments
