Ali & Sons Holding LLC is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Showroom Manager to lead showroom operations and drive commercial performance. This role is responsible for ensuring an outstanding customer journey, achieving sales targets, managing team performance, and maintaining operational excellence within the showroom. Key Responsibilities • Achieve and exceed sales targets by leading, coaching, and motivating the sales team to deliver strong performance. • Monitor sales KPIs and implement strategies to improve conversion rates, customer engagement, and overall revenue. • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by delivering excellent service and resolving customer complaints effectively. • Maintain showroom visual standards, ensuring product displays are attractive, up-to-date, and aligned with brand guidelines. • Oversee inventory management, including stock control, ordering, receiving, and conducting regular audits. • Recruit, train, and develop showroom staff while managing schedules, performance, and succession planning. • Plan and execute marketing and promotional activities in coordination with the marketing team to drive footfall and sales. • Monitor financial performance including sales, expenses, and profitability; prepare budgets and performance reports. • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. • Provide regular reports to senior management on sales performance, customer feedback, and operational challenges. • Maintain a clean, safe, and well-organized showroom environment for both customers and employees. • Conduct regular team meetings, provide performance feedback, and support the team in achieving KPIs including sales and customer satisfaction (CSI). Qualifications & Experience • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field. • 5–8 years of experience in retail or automotive showroom management. • Strong leadership and team management skills with a proven ability to drive sales performance. • Excellent customer service and conflict resolution skills. • Solid understanding of sales KPIs, inventory management, and showroom operations. • Strong communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities. • Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage. Responsibilities
