Description We’re seeking a driven, accountable leader to oversee our flagship, award-winning downtown Chicago showroom. You will own the performance of the showroom—from sales results to team execution to client experience. You’ll be trusted to run the business, make decisions, and lead from the front. Chicago Ave, Chicago, IL 60654 (100% In-Person) Job Type: Full-Time Pay Rate: $55,000 - $80,000 Annually Key Responsibilities Deliver and uphold an exceptional in-store experience for every client Lead, coach, as well as hold team members accountable to performance expectations Analyze sales data, identify gaps, and take action to improve results Resolve escalated client issues with professionalism and urgency Recruit, train, mentor, and schedule staff to support business needs Manage merchandising, display, and inventory accuracy Partner with marketing to execute promotions, events, and client outreach strategies Plan and execute showroom events end-to-end Continuously improving processes, efficiency, and team performance What You’ll Own Full responsibility for showroom performance, including sales results, team productivity, and client experience Leading and developing a high-performing team of sales and support staff Driving a consistent, luxury-level experience that converts to revenue and long-term client relationships Maintaining the showroom as a best-in-class environment aligned with brand standards Requirements Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience 3–5 years of leadership experience in retail, showroom, or similar environment Proven track record of driving sales and managing performance Experience with ERP systems preferred Weekend availability required (including Saturdays) What This Role Requires Comfort operating in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment Ability to manage multiple priorities without losing attention to detail Willingness to be hands-on and accountable for results What We’re Looking For Ownership mindset: You take responsibility for outcomes, not just tasks Resilience: You respond well to direct feedback and high expectations Work ethic: You set the pace for the team and lead by example Sales leadership: You know how to drive results, not just activity Accountability: You measure success by performance, not effort alone Emotional intelligence: You can lead people while maintaining high standards Business awareness: You understand how daily actions impact revenue and growth If you’re looking for a role where you can take ownership, lead a team, and directly impact business performance, we want to hear from you.
