Chicago Ave, Chicago, IL 60654 Job Type: Full-Time Pay Range: $55,000 - $80,000 Salary We are seeking a dedicated and motivated leader to run our flagship award-winning downtown Chicago location. Lead our team of sales representatives and support staff in providing luxury service to our customers. As Showroom Manager, you will guide a team of sales and support staff in delivering a high-end customer experience. You will be responsible for daily operations, sales performance, team development, and maintaining the overall look and feel of the showroom. Responsibilities Deliver an exceptional, luxury-level in-store experience to every guest Foster a culture of service excellence and collaboration Resolve escalated customer service issues with professionalism and care Identify and implement improvements in service and process Maintain a tidy, organized showroom environment that aligns with brand standards Manage in-store merchandising display production and rotation.
