Responsibilities

THE ROLE

We’re looking for a Retail Store Manager who is passionate about giving customers an exceptional in-store experience. You’ll play a key part in launching and growing our new store and will be instrumental in creating a retail environment that sets new standards in the audio-visual industry.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Hire, train, and manage a small team of customer-first sales advisors.
  • Create an engaging in-store experience that mirrors our online reputation for honest, helpful advice.
  • Assist customers with hands-on product demonstrations, offering expert guidance on audio and smart tech solutions.
  • Drive store performance by helping the team meet sales targets and KPIs.
  • Collaborate with our marketing team to bring our online content, YouTube education, and product launches into the store.
  • Maintain high standards across customer service, team culture, and store presentation.
