ABOUT THE JOB

The role as Showroom Sales Advisor, you’ll be the first point of contact for our customers. You’ll greet them with a friendly and professional demeanor, listen to their needs, and provide expert guidance on our extensive range of offroad vehicles, parts, and accessories. This is more than a sales job; it’s about building relationships and being a trusted advisor to the local offroad community.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Total years of experience between 5 to 10 years
  • Minimum 2 year experience in UAE
  • Knowledge of automotive parts
  • Excellent Sales and follow up skills
  • English is Mandatory, any other Language is bonus (Russian, Arabic, Hindi)
  • Off-roader or overlander well connected to communities will be an added advantage
  • A genuine passion for offroading, overlanding, and the automotive industry

Responsibilities
  • Greet and engage with walk-in customers in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Educate customers on offroad vehicles, parts, and accessories from key brands like Fox, WARN, and Rigid Industries.
  • Demonstrate and explain product features and compatibility based on customer needs and vehicle specifications.
  • Prepare and present accurate price quotes, build packages, and financing options.
  • Upsell accessories and services, including installation and custom builds.
  • Process transactions, manage orders, and track inventory using our Netsuite program.
  • Help maintain the showroom’s appearance, signage, and displays.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with repeat customers and the local offroad community.
  • Stay current on industry trends and new product releases, and provide management with ideas for promotions and improvements.
  • Attend offroad expos, trail rides, and other promotional events.
  • Collaborate with our workshop team to ensure a smooth transition from sales to a finished product.
