Bramalea Tire is seeking a professional, articulate, and dependable Showroom Sales Associate to join our customer-focused team. We are a fast-paced, high-performing organization that values excellence, integrity, and teamwork in everything we do.

Responsibilities:

• Provide accurate tire and wheel quotes and recommendations based on customer needs
• Welcome and assist walk-in customers and handle inbound phone inquiries
• Process customer check-ins, invoicing, and cash/credit transactions
• Collaborate with and support all departments as needed — including showroom, service, warehouse, deliveries and operations — with flexibility and a team-first attitude
• Maintain a clean and organized showroom, including light housekeeping duties as needed
• Address customer questions and resolve issues with a calm, professional approach
• Perform other duties as assigned to meet business needs

Qualifications:

• Knowledge of tire and wheel fitment is an asset
• Previous customer service and/or sales experience required
• Ability to multi-task
• Strong computer literacy with experience using ERP or POS systems (e.g. for quoting, sales orders, purchase orders, invoicing, inventory lookup, etc.)
• Highschool diploma required
• Clear and professional verbal and written communication in English

Requirements:

• Must have valid work authorization in Canada (we do not provide sponsorships, write PR letters, or offer cash-only jobs)
• Valid Ontario driver’s license with a clean driving record
• No expired visas or criminal record
• Ability to maintain a well-groomed, professional appearance and good personal hygiene
• Must be punctual, responsible, and committed to delivering excellent service
• Must be free from drug or alcohol dependency
