Description About the Role We're looking for a highly organized, people-savvy Showroom Sales Coordinator to be the heartbeat of our Kitchen & Bath showroom. This is a role for someone who takes pride in running a tight operation, keeping things moving behind the scenes, and making sure every client who walks through the door feels like a priority — all without needing a title to lead. You'll work alongside our Kitchen & Bath Sales Designers, supporting them so they can stay focused on what they do best: selling and designing. You're the glue that holds the day together — managing workflows, key point of contact for the CRM, and ensuring the client experience is seamless from first contact to final sale. What You'll Do As the first face clients see and the first voice they hear, you'll set the tone for every interaction. You'll greet showroom visitors, field calls and emails, assess client needs, and route them to the right Sales Designer — all while keeping the backend organized and humming. On any given day, you might be booking consultations in HubSpot, following up on open quotes, tracking vendor order updates, processing payments in BisTrack (our ERP), coordinating with Marketing on signage, or making sure the showroom displays look sharp. You're someone who notices what needs to happen before anyone has to ask. You'll also serve as a key communication link between Sales, Marketing, and other internal teams — flagging operational issues to the Regional Sales Manager and helping the whole team stay aligned. Requirements What We're Looking For You're organized, proactive, and comfortable owning processes without needing to be in charge of people. You know how to influence and coordinate without a management title, and you take accountability for the details that make a sales team run well. The right candidate will bring hands-on experience with HubSpot (CRM management, scheduling, record-keeping) and a background in a sales support, showroom, or administrative coordination role. Experience in kitchen & bath, building materials, interior design, or a related industry is a plus, but a strong track record in a customer-facing sales environment will go a long way. Requirements 3+ years in a sales support, showroom coordinator, or administrative role in a customer-facing environment As this is a retail showroom role, availability to work Saturdays as a regular schedule with a day off during the week is required.
