OVERVIEW

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic employee to join our team. In this role, you will be Interacting with customers providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience for all. You will assist in maintaining the store’s appearance, driving sales through effective communication and product knowledge. You will also need to have flexibility and understanding of how to cover for warehouse sales, design showroom sales and general daily operations.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Strong customer service skills with a focus on creating a welcoming environment
• Strong computer knowledge
• Experience in retail sales, design experience preferred
• Excellent phone etiquette for handling customer inquiries over the phone
• Basic math skills for quantifying products and materials
• Design background preferred but not required. Must be willing to learn
• Physically able to lift 50lbs
