About the Role Garden State Tile is seeking a dynamic, high-energy Assistant Operations Manager to co-lead our Bethlehem, PA branch. In this role, you will work side-by-side with the Operations Manager to oversee daily business goals, inspire staff, and deliver an unforgettable "concierge-level" customer experience. Requirements What You’ll Do: Lead Operations: Assist the Operations Manager with daily goals, scheduling, and personnel needs while stepping up in their absence. Engage Teams: Foster a fully motivated environment through active delegation, continuous training, and daily support. Grow Sales: Deliver memorable guest experiences and build authentic relationships with builders, designers, and contractors. Master the Warehouse: Assist warehouse with issues, problems, coverage, cycle counts, inventory adjustments. Master the Showroom: Cross-train thoroughly in the showroom to provide seamless coverage and act as the primary backup resource. Drive Profitability: Implement strategies to boost sales and efficiency. Support Inventory: Assist with order tracking, deliveries, and cycle counts while maintaining a spotless showroom. Master Systems: Utilize Epicor Prophet P21 and Microsoft Office to efficiently run the barcoding process.
