We are currently seeking an enthusiastic individual to join our team at our Tileshack Showroom on the Shore Road, Belfast. The site includes a clearance centre for tiles and bathroom products, along with a full showroom of high-volume core stock ranges of high-quality tile and bathroom products.
If you enjoy a mix of interacting with customers in a targeted sales position mixed with some social media marketing and some physical work in the small warehouse then this is an exciting opportunity for you to grow your retail career!
You’d be working 5 days a week which would include a Saturday, one of our best and busiest days!

Responsibilities

As a Sales Executive at Tileshack you will be an integral part of our outlet operations. You will assist customers, maintain the outlet’s appearance, and contribute to creating a pleasant shopping experience for all visitors. This role requires strong interpersonal skills, a positive attitude, and a willingness to go the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction

  • Greet customers warmly and provide them with assistance throughout their shopping experience.
  • Maintain a clean, organised, and visually appealing outlet environment by restocking products.
  • Assist customers in locating products, answering questions, and providing accurate information about product features, prices, and promotions.
  • Process sales transactions efficiently and accurately using the point-of-sale (POS) system.
  • Follow up on open quotes via phonecall to customers in a timely manner.
  • Assist with stock replenishment as directed by the Outlet Manager.
  • Achieve daily and monthly sales targets by upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
  • Handle customer enquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional and courteous manner, escalating issues to the Outlet Manager or our customer service team when necessary.
  • Stay up to date on product knowledge and special promotions to provide customers with accurate and relevant information.
