POSITION OVERVIEW:

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Showroom Sales Manager – Architectural Products to lead the sales operations of our showroom specializing in architectural finishes and building materials. The ideal candidate will manage showroom activities, lead a sales team, and engage with architects, designers, contractors, and clients to promote and sell products such as aluminum systems, façade components, glazing, cladding, and related architectural solutions.

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Business, or related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in showroom sales management, preferably in architectural products or building materials.
  • Strong understanding of architectural finishes, aluminum systems, glazing, and façade components.
  • Proven leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Customer-focused with the ability to build long-term relationships.
  • Proficient in CRM tools, MS Office, and showroom management systems.
  • Knowledge of construction industry standards and project workflows is a plus.

    Pay: AED10,000.00 - AED13,000.00 per mont
Responsibilities
  • Manage day-to-day operations of the architectural products showroom, ensuring an exceptional customer experience.
  • Lead and mentor the showroom sales team to achieve sales targets and deliver excellent client service.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies tailored to architects, interior designers, contractors, and developers.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with industry professionals, consultants, and key clients.
  • Provide technical guidance and product demonstrations to customers and project stakeholders.
  • Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and project teams to ensure product availability and timely delivery.
  • Monitor showroom inventory, merchandising, and product displays to reflect current market trends.
  • Organize and participate in client meetings, presentations, and showroom events.
  • Track sales performance, prepare regular reports, and analyze market trends to inform business decisions.
