We’re looking for a sales-driven Showroom Sales Manager to lead our 4,000 sq. ft. Toronto flagship. This is not a desk job — it’s about driving results, building long-term client relationships, and leading a high-performance sales culture on the floor.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and coach a team of 3–5 associates to consistently exceed showroom sales targets
  • Build and champion a clienteling-first culture that drives repeat business and referrals
  • Develop and execute outbound initiatives to grow market share and bring new clients through the door
  • Track KPIs and use sales data to optimize performance, conversion, and average order value
  • Oversee day-to-day operations, inventory flow, and merchandising to keep the showroom polished and high-impact
  • Deliver a best-in-class client experience that reflects the Rove Concepts brand
