MYM Recruitment are delighted to be working with their new Magherafelt client who are at the forefront of their industry of operation. They have grown progressively year on year and as a result of this growth they wish to appoint a suitably experienced Showroom Sales Person to join their busy team. This is a Monday to Friday role with no evening or weekend work.

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS:

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience with a proven sales record;
  • Initiative to complete tasks independently and progress sales whilst working as part of a team to meet overall business objectives;
  • Work under pressure and adapt to changing job demands;
  • Manage time efficiently to meet deadlines and sales targets; and
  • Attention to detail, accuracy, and efficiency when raising quotations, processing orders & taking payments.
Responsibilities
  • Meet and greet customers attending the showroom;
  • Develop an understanding of customer requirements, and match their needs to the Company’s excellent and diverse product range on display in the showroom and supplier’s catalogues;
  • Create sales quotations in line with company pricing policy and accurately record all customer communication on CRM System;
  • Actively follow up all sales leads in a timely professional manner;
  • Competent bathroom designs using the Virtual World software – training will be offered;
  • Following successful sale, produce sale and fit out pack with the necessary detail for the Operations and Logistics Team;
  • Address customer queries or complaints in an efficient, cost-effective manner ensuring all communication is duly noted on the CRM system;
  • Maintain awareness of market trends in the industry and be aware of competitors;
  • Contribute to the development of the showroom by assisting sales team promoting new products / developing new bay design;
  • Proactively maximize all revenue opportunities by assisting the sales team with business development including liaising with architects, interior designers and developers;
  • Ensure continuing professional development with regards to technical specification of products offered to customers; and
  • Clear commercial focus and well-rounded understanding of the business requirements and objectives, including financial understanding and the impact the showroom has on overall profitability.
