POSITION OVERVIEW:

We are seeking a dynamic, customer-focused Sales Manager to oversee daily operations and drive sales for our culinary and design showroom. This individual will serve as both the face of the showroom and a trusted consultant to clients, offering expert guidance on culinary, floral, and event design products and services. The ideal candidate is passionate about hospitality, has strong sales skills, and thrives in a creative, design-forward environment.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Proven sales experience, preferably in culinary, design, hospitality, or luxury goods.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a polished, professional presence.
  • Passion for food, design, and creating memorable experiences.
  • Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working independently.
  • Experience in showroom, retail, or hospitality management a plus.

  • Coordinate product displays, seasonal updates, and event design vignettes.
  • Manage scheduling for private appointments, tastings, and vendor meetings.
  • Oversee inventory, samples, and collateral to ensure showroom readiness.
  • Business Development
  • Generate leads through networking, referrals, and industry events.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to execute campaigns and client outreach.
  • Support partnerships with vendors, planners, and corporate clients.
  • Track sales performance and provide regular reports to leadership.
