To support customer demand, we are currently seeking a Shunter on Nights for our Bristol depot.
Shift:Sunday - Thursday 22:00-06:30
(A willingness to do overtime as and when needed)
Rate of Pay: £15.01 per hour, plus £55.00 per week night shift allowance.
All hours worked over 39 hours each week are paid at time and a half.

• Move trailers to and from dock doors based on instructions from supervisors or the shipping office while following all regulatory and company safety standards, policies, and procedures.
• Check/set trailer and yard temperature, add fuel if needed.
• Perform daily inspections on spotter truck and equipment.
• Report defects, accidents, traffic violations, or damages to the vehicles and/or equipment.
• Maintain logs of trailer movements and fuel.
• Communicate with appropriate departments on daily movements of trailers.
• Check trailer inventory and report any irregularities on log forms.
• Perform sanitation duties on trailers as assigned.
