JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused Shuttle Bus Driver to join our team. The Shuttle Driver will be responsible for safely transporting passengers to and from designated locations while providing excellent customer service on a daily basis. The service route will be a daily scheduled service in the lower mainland. This role requires experienced drivers with strong communication skills and the ability to maintain a professional demeanor at all times. The ideal candidate will possess mechanical knowledge to assist with minor vehicle maintenance assessment and ensure the shuttle is in optimal working conditions.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Valid commercial driver’s license of Class 4 license.
  • Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
  • Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
  • Mechanical knowledge to perform basic maintenance tasks on the shuttle vehicle.
  • Ability to maintain a high level of professionalism while interacting with passengers.
  • Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays if required.

  • Safely operate the shuttle vehicle, adhering to all traffic laws and safety regulations in high car and pedestrian traffic areas in the downtown city core.

  • Perform routine inspections of the vehicle, reporting any mechanical issues or maintenance needs promptly.
