JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a reliable and skilled Shuttle Driver to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for transporting passengers safely and efficiently between our off-site car park and Southend Airport. This role requires excellent driving skills and effective communication abilities. The Shuttle Driver will play a vital role in ensuring timely and safe transportation while providing exceptional service to our clients.

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:

• Valid D Driving licence (PSV Licence)
• No more than 3 penalty points
• Driver CPC Card
• Excellent command of English for effective communication with passengers and team members.
• Ability to maintain a positive attitude while working under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organisational skills with attention to detail in record keeping.
• A commitment to providing outstanding customer service at all times.
  Schedule:
  You must be able to work at least every other weekend.
  This role has a variety of shift times, some shifts starting at 03.30am and others starting during the day.
  Shift hours can vary from 6 hours to 10 or 12 hours and we are quite flexible so this can be discussed during interview.

Work Location: In perso

• Drive a shuttle bus to and from our off-site car park to Southend Airport which is roughly a 4-minute drive.
• Communicate effectively with passengers regarding their travel plans and any changes to schedules.
• Ensure compliance with all traffic laws and regulations while maintaining a high standard of safety on the road.
• Assist passengers with loading and unloading their belongings, ensuring a comfortable travel experience.
• Report any vehicle issues or incidents to management promptly to ensure proper maintenance and safety measures are taken.
