Description
Duties: * Safely transports guests to their destination * Loads and unloads golf clubs, luggage, etc. * Informs guest of features available in the unit (e.g. key code, AC control, fireplace, etc.) * Provides general information on Reynolds Lake Oconee and the surrounding community to visitors * Communicates and resolves any guest calls, request, or problems at the unit * Check guests into accommodations * Answers phone at Member Concierge/Guest Services * Maintain guest confidentiality * Keeps van(s) clean and operational (exterior and interior) * Reports mechanical problems to Director of Member and Guest Experience * Ability to work as a team member * Works well with others and generates positivity * Performs other duties as assigned Qualifications: * Valid GA driver’s license and good driving record; at least 21 years of age * Ability to work with the public, courteous and excellent communication skills * Knowledge of computers and Microsoft suite * Frequent moderate lifting required, up to 75 lbs. (e.g. loading golf clubs, luggage, etc.) * Ability to reach overhead and below the knees * Ability to bend, stretch, lift correctly, twist, pull and stoop * Ability to move up and down stairs or ramps * Ability to work in different weather conditions * Courteous and friendly attitude Benefits: * Employee discounts: food, retail merchandise, boat rentals * Golf privileges
