Responsibilities A Shuttle Driver's typical job functions include: Responding to guests request for on property shuttle service Operating vehicle in accordance with state laws and company policy Overseeing shuttle bus cleanliness and reporting mechanical issue to supervisor and or vehicle maintenance manager Offering guests daily information regarding mountain conditions, weather, ski trails, lift access points and dining options on property in a courteous manner Providing superior customer service to our guests at all times Answering questions and providing directions Qualifications This position may be for you if: You are at least 18 years old You have achieved a high school diploma or completed a GED You are available to work days, nights, weekends and holidays You are interested in a guest service oriented position, having excellent communication skills, are able to interact with guests in a friendly manner You possess a valid Michigan driver's license; CDL license preferred, but not required
