We hope that you'll join us in creating a treasured and unforgettable work experience while enhancing your skills and growing in the direction of your dreams.    Title: Shuttle Driver Location: On-site and off-site pick ups and drop offs Dates: May 2026- October 2026 PART TIME Reports To: Parking & Logistics Manager Department: Guest Services Pay Rate: $27 Housing: No housing provided     Summary of Position Responsible for transporting guests and/or employees between the Company property and stop areas in a safe manner according to the Company Driver Agreement Policy. Responsibilities * Transport guests and/or employees between the Company property (2 designated pick up spots) and stop areas (Stateline transit) in a safe and efficient manner * Provides highest level of customer service and give assistance if necessary * Be knowledgeable and helpful to passengers and guests as to schedules, services, and local community information * Strictly follow Company’s lost and found program * Ensure vehicle is clean, fueled, and in safe working condition, noting any issues to Manager; performs pre & post shift vehicle inspections using Company inspection Forms and Vehicle Logs * Understand company’s ISO (Environmental & Quality) management systems, policies, goals, and initiatives and meet the specific responsibilities within these areas. * Adherence to associated Duties Checklist and other related duties as assigned Position Requirements * Superior customer services skills, strong communication skills and a team player * Work a variety of day, night, weekend, and holiday shifts * Maintain a manicured and professional appearance at all times * Safety oriented paying attention to all traffic rules and Company Driver Agreement Policy * Provide a clean driving record on a MVR background check * Pass a pre-employment drug screen * Knowledge of South Lake Tahoe and Camp Richardson * Comfortable sitting for longs periods of time Knowledge and Experience * Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required * Valid CDL license, Class B with passenger endorsement and Medical Card * Experience: Six (6) months in a hotel/resort setting preferred; Resort/ National Park Concession experience preferred Company Benefits * 401K plan for seasonal and year-round employees, with company matching after 1 year * 56 hours of paid sick time which can also be used as PTO * Medical, Vision, Dental, Pet Insurance for year-round employees * Employee parking on site * Competitive pay rates * Employee Assistance Program * Returning seasonal job offers * 50% discount off hotel rooms & camp site (based on occupancy and GM approval) * 50% discount off retail merchandise (including jewelry) * 25% off Deli & Convenience * 50% off meals for a family of four for a special occasion (excludes alcoholic beverages) * Site 50% discounted meals while on the clock * Working for ExplorUS [https://goexplorus.com/] which allows ability to transfer to other locations throughout the US Our Company is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
