How you will enjoy your day:  Using company vehicles, transport staff to/from Staff Housing and the Resort in a safe and timely manner Work Performed 1. Be available 1-3 days per week, 10-20 hours per week. 2. Daily transport employees from Company housing and back during the hours of operation according to driver’s schedule 3. Conduct vehicle pre/post trip inspections to ensure safe operation and overall condition, as regulated by DOT 4. Complete Driver’s Log for each trip made 5. Provide staffing assistance in other department functional areas as needed 6. Attend to errands and other tasks as requested by management 7. Ensure general upkeep and cleanliness of shuttle fleet 8. Coordinate vehicle maintenance with staff Mechanic 9. Other duties as assigned. Supervision Exercised:  None Supervision Received:  Director of Human Resources and Human Resources Manager Minimum Requirements: High School graduate or equivalent.  Ability to read and speak English as necessary for safety. Good self-starter and work with minimal supervision.  Ability to interact with employees in a friendly, unobtrusive and informative manner.  Ability to work with other department employees as part of a team.  Must maintain current and valid Arizona Driver’s License and/or CDL as necessary. Must have a clean driving record.  Safety sensitive position. Physical Requirements: 90% Sitting 10% Standing and walking Hearing and manual dexterity
Responsibilities
The primary duty is to safely and promptly transport employees between company housing and the resort using company vehicles according to the schedule. This includes conducting required pre/post-trip vehicle inspections and maintaining accurate driver logs for every trip.
