Shuttle Driver Department: VB Warehouse 110003 Employment Type: Full Time Location: Van Buren Reporting To: Dawn Portwood Compensation: $20.00 - $23.00 / hour Description The Shuttle Driver drives a company truck transporting products, supplies and cash to and from specified destinations. This position also, supports picking in the warehouse. Shift: Monday Essential Duties and Responsibilities Drives truck to destination; maintains truck log according to state and federal regulations. Pick orders accurately and efficiently, using an iPad. Maintains telephone contact with supervisor to receive changes in delivery or schedule. Unload merchandise from warehouse; loads and unloads truck. Inspects truck equipment and supplies such as tires, lights, brakes, gas, oil, and water. Collects empty containers and unsold merchandise for return to warehouse and/or disposal. Put food and snack bins in the proper location for route drivers. Maintain clean and safe work environment; performs job safely. Establish priorities for managing own work while staying on a focused, efficient path for achieving results. Act as business ambassador and presents a positive image of the company. Perform other duties as assigned. Job Requirements High school diploma or general education degree (GED) Pallet Jack Experience driving 26’ straight truck a Plus.
