Description Doubletree by Hilton Airport is seeking a dedicated and energetic Bellman to provide a warm welcome and assist guests with their luggage and personal belongings upon arrival and departure. In this role, you will offer helpful information about the resort, local area, and amenities, ensuring a seamless and positive experience from the moment guests step onto the property. Where you can make an impact: Greet guests warmly and assist them with their luggage, providing prompt and courteous service. Escort guests to their rooms, offering information about resort services, amenities, and room features. Assist with luggage during check-in, check-out, and room changes. Respond to guest requests for information about the resort, local attractions, and transportation services. Maintain a clean and organized lobby, entrance area, and bell stand. Handle guest belongings with care, ensuring all items are safely transported and stored. Assist with room deliveries, including packages, messages, and amenities. Communicate guest requests or issues to the front desk and other relevant departments as needed. Ensure proper handling of luggage storage, following safety protocols and guest service standards. Assist with transportation arrangements for guests, including arranging taxis or shuttles. Requirements Education/Formal Training: High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in hospitality management preferred. Experience: Previous experience in a front desk or customer service role preferred. Familiarity with property management systems is a plus. Knowledge/Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Customer-focused mindset with a passion for providing outstanding service. Ability to handle cash and process transactions accurately. Basic computer proficiency, including MS Office and reservation software. Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.
