Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and customer-oriented Shuttle Driver/Receptionist to join our team. As a Shuttle Driver/Receptionist, you will be responsible for transporting passengers to and from designated locations in a safe and timely manner and answering the phone calls plus helping the management by doing the day to day tasks as required. If you have excellent communication skills, a mechanical aptitude, and enjoy providing exceptional customer service, we would love to hear from you. Schedule will be from Monday to Wednesday. Additional duties will include parts delivery and pick up as well as shop clean up as required.
Responsibilities:
- Safely operate a shuttle bus or van to transport passengers to and from designated locations
- Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations while driving
- Maintain a clean and well-maintained vehicle
- Assist passengers with loading and unloading luggage or other belongings
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing passenger inquiries and concerns
- Communicate effectively with passengers to ensure a pleasant and comfortable experience
- Report any vehicle malfunctions or maintenance needs to the appropriate department
- Answering phone calls
Qualifications:
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Excellent communication skills
- Mechanical knowledge to perform basic vehicle inspections and maintenance tasks
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle passenger inquiries and concerns effectively
