JOB DESCRIPTION: Job Summary The objective of this role is to support other Hotelbeds business functions with all elements of supplier integrations data entry processes. This includes the creation, uploading and continual maintenance of all aspects of all connected portfolio: hotels, rates, boards, taxes & fees, rooms and content information as most accurate as possible for our client distribution. Solving incidents linked to configuration. Delivering work of a high quality with a strong focus on attention to detail and quality control and support the development of a high performing service culture. Job Responsibilities Configuration and maintenance of the existing and new hotel product integrated to put them on sale as soon as possible for our clients. 35% To optimize the integrated product with the objective of growing the business and giving the less level or errors to our clients, ensuring that the information held in our systems is up to date and accurate. Checking if all the control points from an integration setup are correct. Assuring by daily monitoring that selected differentiated product reaches the maximum results. 35% Respond to assigned tasks within daily workflow and business pipelines. Ensure timely and accurate processing. Follow established processes and procedures.
