JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a dedicated and vigilant Door Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for both staff and patrons. This role requires excellent observational skills, the ability to handle various situations calmly, and a strong commitment to loss prevention. The Door Supervisor will play a crucial role in ensuring compliance with licensing laws and company policies.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Previous experience in a security role or as a Door Supervisor is preferred.
  • Knowledge of CCTV operation and surveillance techniques is essential.
  • Familiarity with loss prevention strategies and practices is advantageous.
  • First aid certification is highly desirable; training may be provided if necessary.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with diverse groups of people.
  • A keen eye for detail and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
  • Must possess a valid SIA licence (Security Industry Authority) or be willing to obtain one.
