  • Experience in loss prevention strategies to minimise theft and ensure asset protection.
  • Certification in first aid is highly desirable, enabling effective response during medical emergencies.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with guests and staff.
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure and make quick decisions during emergencies or confrontational situations.
  • A professional demeanour with a strong sense of responsibility towards maintaining a safe environment.

  • Respond promptly to any incidents or emergencies, applying first aid as required until professional help arrives.
  • Collaborate with law enforcement and emergency services when necessary to maintain order and safety.
  • Enforce venue policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with licensing laws and regulations.
  • Provide excellent customer service, addressing guest inquiries and concerns in a courteous manner.
  • Prepare incident reports detailing any occurrences that require documentation for future reference.
