JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a vigilant and professional Door Supervisor to join our security team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for both staff and patrons. This role requires excellent observational skills, the ability to manage crowds effectively, and a strong commitment to loss prevention. As a Door Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring compliance with licensing laws and company policies.

EXPERIENCE

  • Previous experience in a security role or as a Door Supervisor is preferred but not essential; training will be provided.
  • Certification in first aid is highly desirable.
  • Strong observational skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact effectively with diverse groups of people.
