JOB OVERVIEW

Working on a shift rotation covering 7 night per week , with a minimum of 5 hours per night, we are seeking a vigilant and professional Door Supervisor to join our security team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for both staff and patrons. This role requires strong observational skills, the ability to manage conflicts, and a commitment to upholding safety protocols. The Door Supervisor will play a crucial role in loss prevention and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Previous experience as a Door Supervisor is preferred.
  • Valid SIA Dor Supervisors License.
  • Strong knowledge of surveillance techniques and loss prevention methods.
  • Proficiency in operating CCTV equipment and monitoring systems.
  • First Aid certification is highly desirable; training may be provided for suitable candidates.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact effectively with diverse groups of people.
  • A strong sense of responsibility and integrity, with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
