JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a dedicated and vigilant Door Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining safety and security at our premises, ensuring a welcoming environment for all guests while effectively managing any potential risks. This position requires strong observational skills and the ability to respond promptly to incidents, with a focus on loss prevention and customer service.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Previous experience in a security role or as a Door Supervisor is preferred.
  • Strong surveillance skills with the ability to monitor multiple areas effectively.
  • Knowledge of loss prevention techniques and best practices.
  • Proficiency in operating CCTV systems for monitoring purposes.
  • First Aid certification is highly desirable; willingness to obtain certification if not currently held.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on customer service.
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure and make quick decisions in challenging situations.
