EXPERIENCE:

• Prior experience as a door supervisor or in a similar security role is preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with patrons and staff effectively
• Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle potentially volatile situations with professionalism
• Knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and procedures related to crowd control and security
• Physical fitness and stamina to stand for long periods of time and handle physical confrontations if necessary

• Monitor and control access to a designated area, such as a nightclub, bar, or event venue
• Ensure the safety and security of patrons and staff within the premises
• Check identification and verify age restrictions for entry
• Conduct bag checks and implement security protocols to prevent unauthorized items from entering the premises
• Handle difficult or unruly individuals in a calm and professional manner
• Maintain a visible presence to deter potential incidents and maintain order
• Respond promptly to any emergencies or incidents that may arise
• Collaborate with other security personnel and management to ensure effective security measures are in place
