We are seeking a vigilant and professional Door Supervisor to join our security team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for both staff and patrons. This role requires a keen eye for detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to respond effectively to various situations.

REQUIREMENTS

• Previous experience in a security role or as a Door Supervisor is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of surveillance techniques and loss prevention practices.
• Proficiency in operating CCTV equipment and understanding its functionalities.
• Valid first aid certification is highly desirable.
• Excellent observational skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with diverse groups of people.

• Monitor entrance and exit points to ensure the safety of all individuals on the premises.
• Implement loss prevention strategies to minimise theft and ensure the protection of property.
• Provide first aid assistance when necessary and respond promptly to emergencies or incidents.
• Maintain a professional demeanour while interacting with patrons, staff, and law enforcement as required.
• Enforce venue policies and procedures, including checking identification to prevent underage entry.
• Prepare incident reports detailing any occurrences that may require further investigation or action.
