JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a vigilant and professional Door Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for both staff and patrons. This role requires excellent observational skills, the ability to handle various situations calmly, and a commitment to upholding the highest standards of safety and security.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Previous experience in a security or supervisory role is preferred.
  • Knowledge of CCTV operation and surveillance techniques is essential.
  • First aid certification is highly desirable.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with diverse groups of people.
  • Excellent observational skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle challenging situations professionally.
  • A valid SIA licence is required for this position.

  • Respond promptly to incidents, providing first aid assistance when necessary.
  • Collaborate with local law enforcement and emergency services as required.
  • Implement loss prevention strategies to minimise theft and damage to property.
  • Maintain detailed records of incidents, observations, and actions taken during shifts.
  • Ensure compliance with licensing laws, regulations, and company policies.
