JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a dedicated and vigilant Door Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for both staff and patrons. As a Door Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring compliance with licensing laws and company policies.

EXPERIENCE

  • Previous experience in a security role or as a Door Supervisor is preferred but not essential.
  • Certification in first aid or similar training is highly desirable.
  • Strong observational skills with the ability to remain alert at all times.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with patrons and staff alike.
  • A professional appearance and attitude, demonstrating reliability and integrity at all times.

Responsibilities
  • Monitor entry and exit points to ensure the safety of all individuals on the premises.
  • Manage crowd control during busy periods, ensuring that patrons are admitted in an orderly manner.
  • Provide first aid assistance when necessary and maintain a calm demeanour in emergency situations.
  • Collaborate with law enforcement and emergency services as required.
  • Implement loss prevention strategies to minimise theft and damage to property.
  • Maintain accurate records of incidents, including any actions taken during security breaches or disturbances.
  • Uphold high standards of customer service while enforcing rules and regulations.
