What You’ll Do:

• Be the First Line of Safety: Conduct proactive security checks at the entrance and within the pub to maintain a secure environment.
• Monitor and Respond: Stay alert to identify potential issues and respond swiftly to incidents or emergencies to ensure patron safety.
• Control Access: Manage entry to the pub, verifying IDs and ensuring only authorized patrons are granted access.
• Stay Vigilant: Report any suspicious activities or security breaches to management for swift resolution.
• Play a Key Role: Work flexible shifts, including evenings, nights, and weekends, to keep the pub safe and welcoming.

What We’re Looking For:Essential Skills:

• SIA Door Supervisor Licence (required).
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in security services, preferably in a pub or nightlife environment.
• Fluency in English to communicate effectively with patrons and staff.

Preferred Extras:

• Valid Driving Licence.
