Job Overview We are looking for a highly alert, professional Mobile Patrol and Emergency Response Officer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will respond swiftly to emergency call-outs and conduct scheduled and ad-hoc mobile patrols across various sites. You will play a key role in safeguarding property, staff, and the public by quickly assessing situations, taking decisive action, and ensuring sites remain secure. This position demands strong situational awareness, excellent judgement, and the ability to work independently under pressure. Key Responsibilities Respond promptly to emergency security call-outs, alarms, and incidents at client sites. Carry out mobile patrols across multiple locations, ensuring perimeter security and identifying any signs of intrusion or risk. Complete thorough site checks, lock/unlock services, and incident reporting as required. Monitor premises via CCTV and other remote surveillance tools during call-outs. Secure and stabilise locations after incidents, liaising with emergency services where appropriate. Maintain accurate logs and incident reports using company systems or mobile apps. Follow assignment instructions and client protocols at each site.
Essential Skills & Requirements SIA Licence (Door Supervisor or Security Guard minimum). Full UK driving licence with access to a reliable vehicle (for mobile response roles). Strong decision-making skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure. Excellent communication and conflict management abilities. Competence in using CCTV systems and reporting tools. First Aid certification (preferred but not essential). Flexibility to work night shifts, weekends, and be on-call at short notice. Why Join Us? Competitive call-out and patrol rates.
