We’re currently recruiting experienced, confident, and customer-focused Door Supervisors to protect and enhance the customer experience at a range of licensed venues in the LS13 area of Leeds.

BONUS SKILLS (PREFERRED)

• More than 6 months experience in nightlife or hospitality security

• Ensuring the safety and security of staff and customers at licensed venues
• Performing ID and bag checks while greeting guests with professionalism
• Managing venue entry queues and maintaining occupancy levels
• Monitoring behaviour and de-escalating potential conflict calmly and effectively
• Working alongside venue management and emergency services when required
• Completing detailed and timely incident reports
