Responsibilities

As a SIA Frontline Customer Service Agent, you’ll play a key role in ensuring a safe, smooth, and welcoming experience for all travellers. Your core responsibilities will include:

  • Greeting and assisting passengers at various touchpoints providing first class customer service.
  • Responding to incidents calmly and efficiently
  • Acting as a visible, reassuring presence to enhance passenger confidence
