JOIN THE FRONT LINE OF ONE OF LONDON’S LARGEST CULTURAL EVENTS

We are currently recruiting SIA-licensed Security Guards to work at the world-renowned Notting Hill Carnival 2025. As a front-line protector, your role will be vital in maintaining the safety, structure, and security of the parade band and restricted zones.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Valid SIA Licence (Security Guarding or Door Supervision)
• Excellent situational awareness and a calm, professional presence
• Physically fit – able to stand for long hours and handle crowd situations
• Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
• Reliable, punctual, and a team player
• Must be available Sunday, Monday, or both days (please confirm availability in your application)

As an SIA Security Guard, you will:

• Safeguard parade bands and restricted access areas
• Enforce access control and prevent unauthorized entry
• Deter and manage disruptive or unsafe behaviour
• Safely and professionally remove unauthorized individuals if required
• Support the overall safety and enjoyment of participants and attendees
