ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS

• Valid SIA Door Supervisor Licence
• Previous experience in a licensed nightlife setting (pubs, bars, clubs)
• Excellent communication and conflict management skills
• Well-presented, punctual, and reliable
• Available to work every Friday and Saturday night, unless two weeks’ notice is given

KBG Security is seeking experienced, SIA-licensed Door Supervisors to join our team in Rugby (CV21). You will play a key role in maintaining a safe, secure, and welcoming environment at nightlife venues including pubs and late-night bars. This is a frontline position that requires professionalism, good judgment, and the ability to manage incidents effectively.
