About the Opportunity As a SIAM Change Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the SIAM Change Enablement practice and ITSM governance across internal technical teams and external service providers. This role ensures effective coordination of changes, adherence to ITIL and SIAM principles, and drives continuous improvement of change processes and SLA governance. In this role, you will: Coordinate and manage change processes, reviewing, assessing, and authorising changes within defined governance parameters. Facilitate CAB and eCAB meetings, ensuring accurate documentation, stakeholder engagement, and alignment of changes to minimise risk. Maintain and optimise the ITSM tool (e.g., ServiceNow), including managing workflows and the CAB workbench. Monitor and report on change-related KPIs, ensuring compliance with SLAs and OLAs. Collaborate across service providers and internal teams, promoting integration and alignment for seamless end-to-end service delivery. Lead training and awareness activities to build capability and understanding of change processes. Identify opportunities for improvement, contributing to governance enhancements and continuous improvement initiatives. About you You’re a detail-oriented change management professional with a strong understanding of ITIL and SIAM principles. You thrive in environments that value governance, collaboration, and continuous improvement, and you bring exceptional coordination skills to ensure changes are delivered seamlessly and effectively. You’ll thrive in this role if you: Have proven experience managing ICT Change Enablement practices within complex environments. Possess strong knowledge of ITIL v4 fundamentals and SIAM principles. Are skilled in using ITSM tools (preferably ServiceNow) to manage change workflows and governance. Communicate effectively and engage stakeholders to align changes, manage dependencies, and mitigate risks. Have excellent organisational skills to maintain accurate documentation and reporting. Desirable: Experience working in multi-vendor environments. Familiarity with CAB facilitation and change governance processes. Ability to identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. ITIL V4 certification and relevant tertiary qualifications.
