JOB DESCRIPTION

Capgemini is seeking a skilled and strategic SIAM Supply Manager to lead the management of supplier relationships within a Service Integration and Management (SIAM) framework. This role is essential in ensuring that Capgemini’s services are delivered effectively, contracts are optimized, and performance is continuously improved to meet business objectives.

REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

  • Proven experience in supplier or vendor management within a SIAM or IT service environment
  • Strong contract negotiation and lifecycle management skills
  • Ability to monitor and improve supplier performance using SLAs and KPIs
  • Knowledge of compliance, governance, and risk management frameworks
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and problem-solving abilities
  • Familiarity with continuous improvement methodologies and ITIL practices
  • Proficiency in vendor management tools and Microsoft Office Suite
Responsibilities
  • Capgemini Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key Capgemini stakeholders. Act as the primary point of contact for all supplier-related communications and issue resolution.
  • Contract Management: Oversee the negotiation, renewal, and termination of Capgemini contracts, ensuring alignment with business needs and strategic goals.
  • Performance Monitoring: Evaluate supplier performance against agreed service levels and KPIs. Conduct regular reviews and implement corrective actions where necessary.
  • Compliance & Governance: Ensure supplier compliance with contractual obligations, regulatory standards, and internal policies. Conduct audits and assessments to verify adherence.
  • Risk Management: Identify risks associated with supplier relationships and implement mitigation strategies to minimize business disruption.
  • Continuous Improvement: Drive initiatives to enhance supplier performance and value. Promote best practices and continuous improvement across supplier management processes.
