Pune - YOUR OPPORTUNITY Manage the following topics in coordination with each HOD: Current Equipment project delay (immediate), SAP 4/Hana project closure - ensure various gaps (training, processes improvements and tool enhancement) are closed as per the deadline and have a deadline. Equipment LT ambition initiative and capabilities development/readiness. Future equipment localization (non Synergy). ONE Roof YOUR MISSION - YOUR PROFILE Must Have: Strong PM competencies and ability to summarize/report status, planning, and mitigation plan at Senior & Executive level Show assertiveness and ability to navigate/collaborate inside different level of the organization Influential, listening and communication (incl. in Hindi/Marathi) skills Have experience in important Transformation &/or change management program Based in Pune Additional knowledge/experience that will make a difference Supply chain processes è Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Sourcing/Procurement, Prod.
