JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a skilled Installer and hands on Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in construction and installation, demonstrating proficiency with hand tools and the ability to read blueprints. Proven Supervisory or lead hand experience is a huge asset. This role requires physical stamina for heavy lifting and a keen eye for detail to ensure high-quality workmanship and ability to instruct coworkers to adhered to proper installation methods as well. As an Installer, you will be responsible for executing installation projects efficiently while adhering to safety standards, and ensuring all those on site are also adhering to high standards.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proven experience as an Installer/Supervisor or similar role within the construction industry.
  • Proficiency in using hand tools and equipment relevant to installation tasks.
  • Strong skills in blueprint reading and understanding technical drawings.
  • Ability to perform heavy lifting and physical tasks associated with installation work.
  • Experience in carpentry or maintenance person services is preferred.
  • Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively within a team environment.

Responsibilities
  • Lead job site set up, & daily tasks as they are presented to you from owners.
  • Execute installation tasks according to project specifications and blueprints.
  • Utilize hand tools effectively to complete various installation tasks.
  • Perform caulking and sealing to ensure proper finishes and weatherproofing.
  • Collaborate with team members to build and install structures as required.
  • Conduct thorough inspections of completed work to ensure quality standards are met.
  • Assist in heavy lifting and moving of materials as needed throughout the installation process.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety protocols.
  • Ability to take initiative, know when materials need ordered, and always have products on site to keep productivity moving.
