Responsibilities:
- Install various products and materials according to specifications and blueprints
- Measure and cut materials to fit specific dimensions
- Use hand tools and power tools to assemble and install components
- Ensure proper alignment and fit of installed items
- Apply caulking and other sealants to ensure airtight and watertight installations
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines while working on job sites
- Communicate with team members and supervisors to coordinate installation tasks
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as an installer, carpenter, or maintenance person is preferred
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- Proficient in using hand tools, power tools, and other equipment necessary for installation work
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with precision
- Physical stamina and ability to perform heavy lifting as required
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot installation issues
