The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of delivering Siebel solutions for telecom clients. Key Responsibilities: - Design, develop, and implement Siebel solutions for Telco clients - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and provide technical solutions - Develop and maintain Siebel CRM applications - Provide technical expertise in Siebel configuration, scripting, and integration - Work with clients to identify and resolve Siebel-related issues Required Skills: - Strong Siebel CRM experience (versions 7.x, 8.x, or IP2015) - Telco domain expertise (preferably in Saudi Arabia or Middle East) - Experience with Siebel tools (e.g., Siebel Tools, Siebel EAI, Siebel Workflow) - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Excellent communication and collaboration skills
