The role requires strong expertise in Siemens PLC programming, motion control systems, and industrial automation, with a focus on delivering reliable and efficient control solutions. Key Responsibilities: Develop, program, and troubleshoot Siemens PLC systems using TIA Portal Work on Siemens S7-1500 (CPU 1511) PLCs for machine automation Configure and integrate servo drives and motion systems (S120, G120C, V90) Design control logic, HMI interfaces, and automation workflows Commission, test, and validate automation systems at site and factory Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to PLC, drives, and field devices Collaborate with mechanical and electrical teams for system integration Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety protocols, and documentation practices Support installation, FAT/SAT, and client handover processes Qualifications B.Tech in Electrical / Electronics / Instrumentation or related field 5–10 years of hands-on experience in Siemens PLC programming and industrial automation Strong expertise in TIA Portal and Siemens S7-1500 series Experience with servo systems and drives (S120, G120C, V90) Good understanding of industrial communication protocols (Profinet, Modbus, etc.) Experience in pharma, lyophilization, or process automation is an added advantage Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Willingness to travel for site commissioning and support Additional Information Knowledge of SCADA/HMI development (WinCC or similar) Exposure to GMP/FDA compliance in pharma equipment Experience in process automation and batch control systems

Responsibilities
