Job Title: SIGINT Systems Administrator (Low-Band Journeyman) Job Category: Information Technology Time Type: Full time Minimum Clearance Required to Start: TS/SCI Employee Type: Regular Percentage of Travel Required: None Type of Travel: None * * * The Opportunity: CACI is seeking a SIGINT Systems Administrator (Low-Band Journeyman) to join our team at Beale AFB, CA. In this role, you will be responsible for resolving IT hardware and software infrastructure issues (servers, network, security, etc.) using systems analysis techniques and procedures to ensure the appropriate function of hardware, software, or system functional specifications. Additionally, you will analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve issues with IT infrastructure, including user systems, servers, storage, and network connectivity. You will also provide system administration for assigned infrastructure and establish and maintain system security. Furthermore, you will apply security patches and operating system upgrades to ensure the security and integrity of the technical environment, support new infrastructure projects, and maintain all configuration documentation for assigned infrastructure. This is not a remote position. The selected candidate must be willing to work onsite at Beale AFB, CA, and have an active/current TS/SCI prior to hire. Responsibilities: Manage and support LBS software and processes. Maintain LBS software to operate and interface with multiple sensors, sites, and systems. Provide LBS technical and engineering software support. Provide system administration for CICS and the LBS software components. Perform system administration support for the Planning and Direction, Collection, Processing and Exploitation, Analysis and Production, and Dissemination (PCPAD) processes. Create, update, and respond to LBS Incident tickets. Provide comprehensive analysis, diagnostics, and fault isolation for the SIGINT software/systems (including hardware maintenance for legacy systems) associated with ground components. Support SRM or MT in comprehensive analysis, diagnostics, and fault isolation for the SIGINT system/sensors and associated end-to-end network paths. Serve as a SIGINT Subject Matter Expert (SME) providing sustainment support during system upgrades and supporting data encryption changes and implementation. Support post-upgrade efforts in accordance with technical data, Tactics, Techniques, and Procedures (TTPs), and Operational Instructions (OIs). Provide On-the-Job Training (OJT) to AFP and identify sustainment support improvements to reduce the logistics footprint. Perform Time Compliance Technical Order (TCTO), Time Compliance Network Orders (TCNO), etc., as directed. Support SRM or MT for LBS system readiness and system/mission configuration relative to the sensor or communications link. Support LBS pre-mission tasks (system reboots, ground rings, etc.). Provide real-time SIGINT assistance and support to the SRM or MT, maintainers, operators, and users. Collect LBS information for mission debriefs. Evaluate LBS anomalies such as maintenance actions and Incident tickets. Submit LBS Incident tickets and perform software (and hardware through collaborative support) maintenance actions as required. Provide LBS information for mission debrief to SRM or MT. Qualifications: Required Security+ CE certification. Associate’s Degree in a Technical Field or ≥5 years of DCGS experience. Active TS/SCI Security Clearance. Minimum of 1 year of COMINT experience.
