JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking an estate agent sign fitter to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for assembling, fitting, and installing various signs at residential addresses according to specifications, full training can be given. This role requires consistent performance, reliability and a driving license.
The Fitter will support and communicate with other team members to ensure high-quality standards are met throughout the process.

SKILLS

  • Proficiency in reading and following clear instructions.
  • Strong work ethic and aptitude with experience in assembly or fitting roles outside.
  • Excellent attention to job completion and problem-solving skills within time scales.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with health and safety regulations in a van based job environment is advantageous.
  • Good communication skills to liaise with estate agents and management effectively.

Rate of pay is £12.50 per hour plus bonuses.

Responsibilities
  • Follow a daily job sheet with routed addresses in a 100 mile radius of Newport, Shropshire.
  • Assemble and fit signs using hand tools, power tools, and fixings.
  • Use mobile app to view, complete & photograph jobs.
  • Conduct quality checks on completed assemblies to ensure compliance with specifications.
  • Collaborate with estate agents and other fitters to resolve any issues that arise during the fitting process.
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment by adhering to health and safety regulations and town and country planning act.
  • Perform routine maintenance on tools and equipment to ensure optimal performance.
  • Maintain company vehicle.
